Meet Tamera
Do you think of yourself as a rabbit person? If so, then you’re going to fall in love with the one and only Tamera! Tamera exemplifies the pinnacle of bunny-ness: she’s sassy, she’s shy, she’s food-obsessed, and she’s an absolutely adorable lady!
Even though Tamera will need some time to warm up to her new family, fear not – Tamera will let you pet her silky head if you make her an offering of food (and any bunny-approved food at that, because Tamera has no reservations about anything edible)! And you will know when Tamera has welcomed you into her circle of trust: she will not hesitate to thump at you whenever something displeases her, but she will also let you pet her back!
Tamera will inspect all nooks and crannies of her new space, but once everything has been paw-approved, be ready to see action-packed zoomies and binkies! Also, be ready to stock up on cardboard toys and wicker toys, as they are some of Tamera’s favorites. But above all, Tamera’s love is FOOD! She loves her pellets and timothy cookies, so much so that she will beg you for food and act as if she hasn’t been fed in days!
When it comes to litter habits, Tamera gets an A (other than the occasional droppings here and there, which of course is to be expected from any bun). She will just need a high-backed litter box to make sure everything stays in the box. Tamera will also definitely need a hidey. She does not like to be picked up (you will get thumps) and is suspicious of hands. That being said, Tamera will do best in a home without kids. We don’t know how she would do with cats and dogs, but suspect that they would have to be very calm for it to work. And when it comes to potential bunny bondmates, we know that Tamera likes to be the boss – any potential bondmates would have to be chill and let her rule!
Tamera is such a wonderful bun and will be the perfect new family member in a quiet home with adults who will pile her up with bunny treats and adoration!
