Sleepy is a lazy, bashful lil tyke who will steal your heart. A transfer from Multnomah County Animal Services, Sleepy was rescued with his six brothers named after the seven dwarfs. While Sleepy is not actually a dwarf, he is a wee lad at 4lbs. He is close to 1 year old and might grow a tiny bit more. He is a professional in the nap department, and can't wait for bedtime stories.

Don't let his tiny stature fool you. He is becoming a very brave boy who makes great strides every day. Since joining the family at Rabbit Advocates in January, Sleepy has begun to come out of his shell. He still loves his safe spot, a shelf on his foster's headboard, but has since graduated to sleeping on the chest at the foot of the bed. He takes his guard duty very seriously and protects his foster mama from things that go bump in that night.

Once you have gained his trust, Sleepy will allow you to give him head pets and scratches. For a bunny who is a tiny fellow, he handles being held very well, and he has excellent litter skills. He is always encouraging everybun to stop and smell the flowers.

Sleepy would do best in a quiet home with no dogs, cats, or small children. He might be open to dates with special lady buns who are looking for a cozy new friend.
