Meet Pippin & Maya (bonded pair)
Pippin was born on February 10, a few days after his mom was rescued from a hoarding situation in Bernalillo County. Since he is so young, he is still a little unsure of human interactions and his new adopter should be patient while allowing him time to open up. He is sweet, though, with no aggression.
Maya was found as a stray in a backyard in January. She is one month older than Pippin. Luckily, she and Pippin decided to be best friends!
Rabbits are happier, healthier, and live longer in pairs. They should never be separated, even when going to the vet.
Pippin and Maya are neutered/spayed and vaccinated for RHDV2. Their adoption fee is $150. If you are interested in giving them a forever home, please fill out our adoption form at bit.ly/NMHRSadoptionapp
