Meet Pickles
Meet Pickles! Pickles is being fostered in the Harrisburg area. She's a sweet girl who is around 3 years old.
We suspect that Pickles may have megacolon or another GI-related disorder, though two different vets have seen her and been unable to give a diagnosis. She has not yet experienced any issues with stasis, though she does produce mucus-y or misshapen poops and may require a more specialized diet, diligent supervision, and above-average levels of veterinary care. We'll continue to update her adoption profile as we learn more about her condition, but Pickles does not seem to be largely affected at this time.
Pickles is a very gentle, docile rabbit. She loves pets and food, so bonding with her will be a snap! Pickles is very polite, well behaved when she free roams, and she's great with the litterbox. She'd be a great candidate to bond with another spayed or neutered rabbit as well.
