Rather than force Phoebe to endure a 4 month quarantine to enter England, she needs a new loving home right here. From her Mom: She’s had free roam in my daughters bedroom and loves running around jumping on the bed sometimes she sleeps at the bottom of the bed at night. She loves her routines, loves her dandelion greens and her treats. She loves making art out of cardboard. She also goes mad when she hears the rustle of the treat bag. We'll miss her terribly."
