Meet Pepé
Pepé is a pint-sized sweetheart! This affectionate little boy is looking for his forever home where he will get lots of daily attention and snuggles. He has a lot of personality and is very curious! He loves to explore his surroundings. His favorite toys are very thin wicker balls.
Pepé was abandoned in a neighborhood yard and a Good Samaritan family brought him to safety. Pepé has been neutered and vaccinated against RHDV2 (rabbit hemorrhagic disease).
He is a very small bunny, around 3 lbs, and being a mini-Rex breed, he is very soft (feels like velvet). He would do well as a companion to another bunny and is very interested in other bunnies. He is extremely fond of foster bunny Cinnabun. If a family were interested in adopting both of them together, we would consider them a bonded pair.
Pepé was taken in on 9/8/2023 and has had a vet examination, neuter, and RHDV2 vaccination. His front incisors have been removed due to health concerns, but this does not affect his ability to eat. He is estimated to be about 1-2 years old as of October 2023.
His personality seems to be very affectionate, curious, and loving. He is a polite little bunny and extremely cuddly. He loves gentle attention and calm voices. We would love to put him in a good bunny-savvy forever home!
Rabbits can live 10-12 years with good care, and should be kept indoors. We would love to help you learn about bunny care if you are considering adoption. Foster-to-adopt is also an option.
Please submit an adoption or foster form (for foster-to-adoption option) on our website: www.huntsvillehouserabbits.com
Adoption fee for a single bunny is $100 and $150 for a bonded pair and includes neuter/ spay and RHDV2 vaccination.
