Meet Nala
Nala is moving to Critter Camp!
This cute little bun that came to us from MADACC in Milwaukee. She was very nervous in her cage there and shelter employees were quite astonished that we would even want to take her on.
We have worked non-stop with Nala to teach her people are something she can trust and she has made a superb turn around! Nala can now be pet, held, carried around, etc without any fuss. She is still a little protective of her cage or excessive annoyance but does not bite or lunge anymore, only a few warning growls when she has had enough!
Nala is a great rabbit outside her cage. She loves to run and hop and have a good time and her demeanor is so different! She is a happy, normal bun when she is a part of the family! She LOVES treats and food and will do just about anything for a good snack.
If you are looking to add something warm and fuzzy to your life, just add Nala! Because of her cage protective habits, we would recommend Nala not go to a home with young kids.
