Maggie (#3)'s Story

Maggie was a stray in Lafayette found in Dec 2022. She was adopted in July 2023 but returned May 2024 due to no fault of her own. Maggie used to be apprehensive when she first arrived, but she has really come around! Now she comes up to people and allows herself to be picked up (not that she enjoys it!). She uses the litterbox but is finicky on location. Maggie is playful and loves to explore, and lives for food! She would be a great candidate for trick-training since she is food motivated. She also needs plenty of play time outside of her habitat if she isn't a free-roam bunny in a bunny-proofed area. She has not done well on speed dates but doesn't pick fights with bunny neighbors who can't get to her pen.
Spay/neuter: 1/5/23 @ Azalea Lakes VetFecal test: negative 7/31/25Last weight: 3.6lbsMedgene RHDV2 most recent vaccine: 7/31/25
This pet is fostered in Baton Rouge, LA.
