Lorelai and Rory's Story

Meet Lorelai and Rory, a bonded pair of adorable lop ladies! Lorelai is a 4 year old black mini lop and Rory is a 3 year old harlequin mini lop. These girls are independent and a bit shy, preferring each other's company to that of humans. But if you have treats they will happily run to the front of the pen to say hello.

These ladies prefer to be admired from afar rather than any hands-on affection. Lorelai will occasionally let you give her a quick head pet but Rory is not ready to be pet at all yet. However, these girls will love their toys and are so fun to watch. They love toys they can munch on and love cuddling together.

These girls have good litter habits, have been around bunny friendly dogs, and would likely be fine with cats as well. Their perfect home would be where they could have a room or large pen of their own so they can do their their own thing but still keep an eye on their people and start bonding with them.

If you think these ladies may be a good fit for you please fill out an application at www.iowarabbitrescue.org/adopt
