Meet Lola

Lola came to the shelter in very bad shape. Her previous owner had never clipped her nails or helped her clean her bottom, so she was covered in feces with 2 inch long nails when we got her. She was surrendered with her companion Angel and they can stay together if the future adopter would be interested in a bonded pair, but they don't have to go together.

Because of the way she was treated previously, she has issues with trusting people but has warmed up to staff now that she has been getting proper nutrition, care, and attention. She would only be suited for an experienced rabbit owner who is able to care for a rabbit with emotional needs. She is super sweet once she gets to know you, and she has come a long long way from the time she came to us. We're very attached to her here but would be happy to help facilitate the perfect forever home for our sweet girl.
