Meet Lace
Estimated birth date: 4/28/20
Personality: Very shy (you are unable to touch this animal without it running away or being fearful, etc), Playful, Energetic, Nervous
Favorite treats: Carrots or dandelion
Favorite toys and activities: Lace is pretty particular about her cage. If you set it up wrong, don't worry because she will rearrange the way she wants it. She likes to have a ball to throw around. When she is out of the cage, she loves to explore, but please don't try to chase or trap her.
Potty trained: Litter box trained
This animal daily routine: She waits right by the food dish for pellets in the mornings. When it's play time outside of the cage, she prefers to exit the cage on her own instead of having someone pick her up. She spends most of her day making sure Lentil is clean and happy and safe.
BFF (Does this animal have or need a same species friend in their home?): Yes! Lace is bonded to Lentil!
Other species this pet has been exposed to and reaction: She is curious about the other bunnies in the house, but would rather not meet them face to face.
Has this animal been exposed to children? What was their reaction? The kids in her foster family are starting to grow on her. She was really scared of them at first, but now, as long as they let her approach and don't try to get in her space first, she’ll give them a few sniffs.

Lace & Lentil came to MNPPR after their owner was no longer able to provide proper care.
Due to our rescue being foster-based, not all foster homes are located in Saint Paul, MN. Lace’s foster parent prefers to meet at the Richfield PetSmart - 1100 W 78th St, Richfield, MN 55423 or Chuck & Don's Pet Food & Supplies 8537 Lyndale Ave S, Bloomington, MN 55420 for meet & greets, & adoptions.

Fee: Lace & Lentil have a combined adoption fee of $130
Due to health and safety concerns, we are now pursuing adoptions with additional safety measures in place. We will be asking potential adopters to discuss their individual preferences and comfort levels involving safety precautions during the greeting/adoption day step. We are HIGHLY suggesting all participants wear facial coverings, stay at least six feet apart, & use sanitization of all surfaces, and hands before and after contact.
We absolutely DO NOT SHIP ANIMALS! Please do not ask.
