Jo's Story
Meet Jo! She is an adorable, sweet, shy girl who is learning to love the house rabbit life! She is a 2-3 year old lionhead who was recently spayed. She came to us with her sisters Beth, Amy, and Meg (see a pattern here?)

We think Jo would love a bunny companion because she is very who a sweet girl but very shy. She needed some space from her sisters, but would likely love a sweet male bunny to help her gain her confidence. She has been very curious about other bunnies in her foster home.

This girl may be shy, but she loves to eat! She is a healthy girl and prefers her green veggies to any fruit treats, but she does like blueberry, blackberry, and bananas! She is working on being better at eating her hay.

Sweet Jo need a quieter home that will let her feel comfortable, preferably without very young, active children. We aren't sure how she would do with dogs or cats, but would likely do well with very calm, quiet bunny-savvy animals.

If you want to add Jo to your family, please fill out an application at www.iowarabbitrescue.org/adopt
