Meet Hopkins & Rosebud (bonded pair)
This pair goes bonkers for pellets and will drop everything/awaken from their favorite napping spot in the kitchen to come running. Rosebud (female, all white) also adores greens and treats (really all food!) but Hopkins (male, black & white) can be picky about salad and his preferred treat is an Oxbow biscuit or hay cube.
They both spend a large chunk of their day munching on their hay and love to lie on their stomachs with their legs sticking out behind them.
Both rabbits are quite friendly, but Hopkins is a bit shy. He will hop over to check out things that catch his attention (usually following Rosebud), and he'll let you pet him. Rosebud is definitely the leader and can be pretty stubborn. When these two are caught being naughty, Hopkins will hop away and look guilty while Rosebud ignores you and continues what she was doing.
Rabbits are happier, healthier, and live longer in pairs. These two must be adopted together and never separated, even when going to the vet. Fill out an adoption form here: bit.ly/NMHRSadoptionapp
