Fergus's Story
If you’ve ever wanted a rabbit with the energy of a toddler, the confidence of a mob boss, and the charm of a mischievous cartoon character — Fergus is your guy. This cute boy is 5 years old and is a super fluffy lionhead mini lop cross.
His favorite pastime? Violence. He’ll gleefully binky after attempting to draw blood (don’t take it personally — that’s just his love language). His happy growls and angry growls? Identical. You’ll learn to tell the difference… maybe.

He’s a bunny person's bunny — pure rabbit essence, distilled into one woolly, dramatic package. Very vocal, he communicates through a symphony of grunts, growls, and honks, and when he’s displeased, you’ll hear it. Loudly. Often in the middle of the night. He’s curious but cautious — loves observing people from a safe distance and is getting braver about exploring shared spaces (the couch is next on his conquest list). Fergus can spend hours playing and chilling out in boxes and tunnels but will gleefully accept treats. And despite his dramatics, he takes treats gently and sweetly, proving there’s a soft heart under all that attitude. Fergus has impeccable litter habits and with his long, luxurious fur, he will have to be handled on a daily basis to keep his fur mat-free so handling and grooming is something Fergus’ future human will need to work with him on tolerating. Fergus needs his personal space so whether a bunny, cat, or dog friend is in his future depends on the personality of his potential friend.

Fergus is not for the faint of heart — but for the right person, he’s endlessly entertaining, rewarding, and full of personality. He needs a forever home with a person who will give him daily grooming sessions, respect his space and boundaries, and will love him even if he’s sassy.
