Meet Cinnamon!
7 month old mixed breed rabbit, neutered.
Cinnamon is a friendly, sweet and curious bunny! He loves exploring and standing on his house. He loves pets and will come to the edge of pen when I pass asking for more. He get along with other bunnies and my friendly dog.

Cinnamon is looking for a long term fosterer and/or forever home. I can only foster temporarily because I have 4 other bunnies.

He is a special bunny who has a digestive disorder called megacolon which requires some extra care including regular vet check-ups, lots of exercise and a special diet. He does best with Science Select or Versele-Laga complete pellets and Timothy hay. He needs an Oxbow digestive tablet every day. He enjoys a few leaves of mint or parsley but is otherwise unable to have greens. Like all megacolon bunnies his poops are large; oddly shaped and need daily monitoring. But he makes the job easy because he has perfect litter box habits! .

Cinnamon does not let any of this dampen his spirits and love of life!
Sadly, megacolon bunnies are often overlooked even though they just require this extra care. As someone who has had a bunny with head tilt, I can testify that any extra care that a bunny needs only brings you closer and allows you to have a very special relationship.

His adopter is eligible to receive free, routine non-emergency exams from our staff veterinarian, along with lab work and medications, both at-cost. You'll also get a special megacolon rabbit kit, full of helpful supplies to have on hand to care for your rabbit.
