Meet Cindy Lou
UPDATE: January-2023: Educational Post for Novice humans with minimal experience.
10-14 years of vet care, healthy nutrition, unlimited hay, exercise hours, and bunny-proofing your home. All things to consider prior to adopting a rabbit.
- - -
Cindy Lou lived with over 20 rabbits in a situation where the person was overwhelmed, and the unaltered rabbits kept breeding. Her siblings found rescue spots with several rabbit-focused groups in Illinois.
Several DVM visits took place while Cindy Lou was fostered. She had trust concerns to be remedied. She later decided a bond mate husband helped calm earlier anxieties. One date did not go well. Until she met up with another n/male who met her approval.
To be expected, her former background caused trepidation. She had many trust concerns to be worked through.
Courtesy Post UPDATE: Cindy Lou was placed in a rabbit-savvy home with an experienced caregiver.
Note: - Owning a home will take preference for All Adopters and Foster Individuals. A client relationship with a rabbit-savvy DVM takes preference. Please mention your familiarity with rabbit care.
We put a hold on interviews during the holidays or the high-impulse Easter season.
