Meet Carmy
Super cute and young Carmy came to us from someone who had too many rabbits. Off to foster he we went to get bigger and more confident. Everyday in foster he got more curious and outgoing. Carmy will need a home with a patient family. He likes it when his foster "mom" lies on the floor to visit with him, has a variety of toys, lots of indoor space to run around and having a digging box to burn off energy. He's not comfortable with her cat but getting there. Keep in mind rabbits on average live to be 10-12 years old. His favorite veggies are bok choy, celery tops, bell peppers, strawberry/grape leaves and the occasional baby carrot/fruit piece as a treat. And typical of most rabbits he doesn't like to be picked-up or held. If you have a Zen type of home, Carmy may be the perfect furry pet for you.
