Meet Alexandrite

Meet Alexandrite! This big, beautiful girl is one of the Death Row 20, a group of rabbits that joined the Brigade after they were set for euthanasia at an out-of-state shelter because they were overfull. Alexandrite is being fostered in the Philadelphia area.

This goofy girl is super friendly and loves to rearrange the items in her crate. She accepts head pets and is very food-motivated, so you're sure to win her over with a treat. Alexandrite has fun during her free roam times and will binky all over, which is especially funny to watch given her larger size. She was spayed in December 2021 and is also fully vaccinated against RHDV2. We feel Alexandrite is a great candidate to be bonded to another spayed or neutered rabbit.
