Hodges English Shepherd & Hound Mix Memphis, TN

Update 5/27/15:

Hodges had some injuries when he was younger that lead to some movement issues, but he has since had surgery and is working on correcting them! He loves to go on walks and play outside with his foster siblings, but also will lay on your lap for hours. His foster family even nicknamed him “Mr. Lovebug” because he is so sweet and absolutely loves to cuddle! Hodges is great with cats, other dogs, and young kids! In fact, his foster family says he LOVES going up to kids and let them pet him and play with his long ears.

Hodges has been through quite a lot in his life, especially the past few months. Hodges was found in Memphis, taken to St. Louis where he was thrown into two separate shelters and then finally made it back to Memphis and into the loving arms of Streetdog Foundation. This sweet boy has a history of old injuries including a back injury and a broken tail injury that has left him with some movement issues - that we are working hard to correct! He can walk and has been through a few successful surgeries now and Doc is hopeful that they worked! He is such a gentle boy - has perfect manners indoors and outdoors. He has the kindest eyes and has an absolute love for life! His smile is pretty great too. If you would like to meet Hodges let us know!
