Sassy American Staffordshire Terrier Mix lynnwood , WA

Sassy is a two year old “blue” pit bull terrier with a blue/gray coat and lovely brown/hazel eyes. She weighs about 50 pounds.

Hi there! My name is Sassifrass, but everyone just calls me Sassy. When you meet me you'll see why that nickname fits me like a rhinestone collar. I was born on Valentine's Day, which might explain why I'm such a lover -- I just can't get enough snuggling with my foster family on the couch!

One of my favorite pastimes is watching all the interesting things through the window, and I'm always excited to get out there myself for a fun game of tug or chase. I love to learn tricks and, boy, am I a fast learner! I already know sit, stay, lay down, come, beg, high-five, wait, take it, and leave it, plus I'm crate- and potty trained and I know how to ring a bell when I need to go out!

I grew up with four rambunctious children, so small loud children can sometimes make me nervous. I'm pretty sure cats are for snacking, but I get along great with most dogs once we've been properly introduced. I would probably do best in a home with adults and older kids and with another dog about my size to help me stay active and to keep me company when my people are away.

My foster family says I'm inquisitive, super cuddly, insanely smart, SUPER cuddly, and pretty much a 50-pound, 2 year old puppy. Oh, and SUUUUPER cuddly. All I need is a home to call my own and I'll be the best couch/bed/everywhere buddy ever.

Sassy is spayed, current on vaccinations, and micro-chipped. Her adoption fee is $300.
