Trevor Collie & Australian Shepherd Mix Dublin, OH

When Trevor was pulled from animal control in August 2007, his matted coat was soaked in urine and feces and he was covered with fleas and ticks. What a striking dog emerged once he was bathed and groomed!
Trevor is a double dilute collie aussie mix. He is about 3 years old and he is deaf. Trevor's eyes are blue and he can see quite well, but may be a little near sighted. His coloring is predominately white with red merle markings. Trevor is a happy boy and enjoys being brushed. Trevor loves dogs, cats and children and does not have a mean bone in his body. His greatest joy is to exuberantly run full speed around a big yard.
Trevor is basically housetrained and his foster family has worked with him on leash training and sign language. Trevor is loyal, intelligent, has a high energy level and is a bit wary of strangers and new things that enter his environment.
The home for Trevor is a patient home. He needs someone who will work with him and will be home a lot. Having another dog in the household is important as well, as he does best when he is not alone.
