This little darling found loving foster care in another program where he was adopted into a perfect and permanent loving home!! Thank you to all our friends in rescue who help us with these little ones!!! Togger is a healthy, young boy dog with housedog and small child experience. Unfortunately, his former home finances didnt allow for him and the human adult blonde male there was a jerk..........Togger has some residual man issues.....specially blondes. Togger is active, involved, smart and fun!! He has a likely 05 Bday and would be a super single mom family dog.
