Meet Sydney!
This girl LOVES cuddling with her foster dog sibling and follows her like a shadow! She is sweet AND beautiful (pictures don’t do the coloring of her coat justice!) AND incredibly gentle despite how humans have treated her in the past. She’s also rather quiet and rarely barks. Sydney is slowly learning to trust people and will need gentle, consistent, and patient humans in her life. Despite being a little hesitant around people, she’s beginning to learn that ear rubs and back scratches are the best!
Sydney is ~1 year old, 70 lbs, spayed, up to date on vaccines/preventatives, does well with kids/cats and is house trained. Vets have listed her as a Lab mix, but your guess is as good as ours! She enjoys her crate and likes to sleep there. Occasionally she will chew something she’s not supposed to when she is left alone, so it’s win-win that she loves her crate at night and when her foster family is not home. She loves to play and roughhouse with other medium/large dogs outside but is equally happy to chill inside. She is still working on all basic commands but her confidence definitely comes out on walks. To Sydney, Heaven would be a dog sibling, a warm place to lay her head at night and a fenced back yard!
