Oscar came to us looking like a dirty mop. But his personality is much better than that of a dirty mop. He's a friendly fella and enjoys being pet. Once we cut off his hair and could see his face, he became even more peppy. He seems like the kind of dog that would like to snuggle up on a big cushiony comforter with his people.
