Chase Labrador Retriever & Boxer Mix Manhattan, KS

Hi! My name is Chase and I’m so excited to meet you! I am an 8-9 year old lab/boxer mix. I’m about 75 pounds with reddish fur with white socks on all four of my paws and the tip of my tail. I love to go on walks and explore the outside but now that I’m older I can only go so far. I love to relax after I get my initial burst of energy out. I can be a couch potato inside and love to sleep on my bed or right next to you if the house is calm. I don’t play with toys but love treats like milk bones! I’m well-trained and know several commands including: sit, down, shake, stay and place. I am very loyal and love my owner - you’re the only one I need! I should be kenneled when strangers and guests come over. It takes a long time for me to warm up to other dogs especially if they are too eager to meet me. Cats are okay as long as they just want to coexist with me and not play or cuddle. Anything unexpected makes me very nervous so I don’t do well with children. In situations that make me nervous it’s best to give me some space. If you work from home or love to be outside or need a loyal friend then I can’t wait to meet you and begin my next adventure.
