Meet Otis
Otis came to us from Fixin Ferals. He was born about 8/1/20.
Otis is an affectionate fellow who loves attention. He is playful but has passed the crazy kitten stage.
Otis does well with other friendly cats but can be fearful of dominant cats. He would do well with children seven and up. We do not know how he would react to a dog.
