Meet Ryan (Adoption Fee Sponsored!)
Meet Ryan! Ryan is close to 12 years in age and came to CCHS after being abandoned in a crate outside a neighboring shelter. They were able to track down his owners and they said they no longer wanted him. Even though he's a senior kitty, he is a kitten at heart! He loves to run and jump and play. He'll chase a ball over the room. He's curious and not at all shy. He'll explore every inch of a new room and then he'll check again to make sure he didn't miss any. He is on Purina One Urinary Health food due to previously having crystals in his urine. He was on a prescription food but we have switched him over and are monitoring for any problems. If all continues to go well, he will not need a prescription food but we would still recommend he be on the Purina One Urinary Health food. And speaking of food, Ryan will help himself to whatever you're eating. He loves cheeseburgers! Smart boy! Ryan loves to be held and he likes to touch your face with his paw. He is currently enjoying life as an office kitty, although he's not always the most helpful. He likes to do his own typing on the laptop and that gets him in trouble. We love him anyway! Ryan would love a home with windows to look out of, toys to play with and a lap to sleep on. Apply for him today!
My adoption fee has been sponsored! Adoption applications can be filled out at CCHS or online through our website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. Applications are not first come, first served. All applications will be reviewed by the adoption committee and the home chosen will be the one considered to be the best match. All cats and kittens have been vaccinated for Distemper, dewormed and microchipped. If old enough, they will also be vaccinated for Rabies, blood tested for FeLV/FIV, and vaccinated for Feline Leukemia. Cats and kittens will be spayed or neutered before adoption.
CCHS is proud to be a No-Kill Humane Society. As a private, non-profit charity, our work depends on donations and volunteers to keep going. We are committed to helping the animals that enter our doors and finding each the best possible forever home.
