Hi! My name is Callie. I am 3 year old female cat. I lived with my human parents since I was a baby, and had a good indoor/outdoor life on a farm. Now, due to medical concerns, my parents have had to give me up. So, I am now staying in a foster home while we look for the perfect Furever Home for me.
I am a snuggler, I purr a lot, and I love to sit on your lap and be petted. When my human dad would watch TV from his recliner, I would snuggle up between his legs and watch with him. I really like to climb. If there is a cat-tree available, I will sit on the top, where I can see all that is going on, and—well, you know, be in charge.
My foster mom works from home, so I have been living in her office, until I get familiar with them and their other cats. I am OK with that, because she has a nice desk that I can clean off every night, and several times a day. Plus there are two windows, with 8 inch window sills—perfect for bird watching!
We lived on a farm, and I could run the yard during the day, but always came back inside at night.
I have seen dogs, and other cats, but don’t really care for them. I have “Hissed” my foster siblings a few times, and then they go away. Or I go away.
I have been spayed, and all my vaccinations are up to date. I am a healthy, fun-loving, snuggly 3 year old cat who needs someone to take me into their home. I have a lot of kisses to give and a lot of love to share.
I know I am a sort of mixed up color—but momma tells me that makes me special and beautiful. And I believe that. If you could use a good snuggle bunny cat—please contact Purple Paws and see about arranging a visit. I would love to come home with you!
