Meet Jack

Hello Jack here. My foster mom tells me it's time for me to find my forever home which is confusing as she keeps telling me I'm perfect. I am a 1 to 2 year old terrier mix, about 25 lbs., fixed, up to date on shots, & heartworm negative. I am leash trained but am prey driven so need a harness when outside a fenced yard. I really love treats so I would learn a lot if you reward me & my foster mom tells me I'm really smart. I am so lucky as I don't need to be in a crate & I get to sleep with my foster mom.
I came from a bad situation where I learned not to trust people so will take time & patience to bond with you, but I am so worth it. My forever home will need a fenced
yard and until I learn to trust and feel safe with my new family I will be an extreme flight risk. I have become a loving companion to my foster mom and love to snuggle or just be near her. I'm kid, dog, and cat friendly and would love to have a fur sibling to play with.
