Junior Maltese & Terrier Mix Cincinnati, OH

Meet Junior, an approximately one year old possible Maltese/terrier mix weighing in at about twenty pounds.

Junior is a seer guy who wants nothing more than to lay on your lap on his back for belly rubs. When not there you can find Junior quietly laying on the end of the couch just chillin. Junior also loves to play with stuffy toys. Junior has been doing fantastic meeting all the dogs of different sizes and ages in the house. He has been submissive to some of the other fosters who resource guards their things around him.

Junior hasn’t had the easiest start to his life. He found himself with a partner rescue in WV as a Parvo positive guy. This disease is often fatal for dogs but Junior has now made a complete recovery and has since shed the virus. Junior was in great hands with our partner rescue and now HART is ready to find this little guy the best home possible. His aftercare is simple, keeping Junior up to date on his yearly shots so he won’t contract Parvo ever again.

Junior has been doing great on his training. He is completely crate trained. He uses the potty regularly outside. Junior is marking a bit but there are many doggie smells in his foster home. He has been getting better at not doing this and we hope his neuter will also help.
