Hi, my name is Star! I am a Terrier mix that was born around 8/27/2019 and came up to Wisconsin from Texas. I was adopted but brought back because I have allergies and the family couldn't treat them. I lived in an area that had a lot of woods around us and that could have been a cause. It's possible that I will be better in town but that's unknown right now. Allergy medication does help me but the Apoquel that works the best is prescription medication. My family said that I'm a good dog that enjoys most dogs and kids. No cats for me though! I was trusted loose inside the home and was doing a great job with my house training. I'm happy with everyone and make friends easily. Apply for me today!

My adoption fee is $60.00. Adoption applications can be filled out at CCHS or online through our website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. Applications are not first come, first served. All applications will be reviewed by the adoption committee and the home chosen will be the one considered to be the best match. All dogs and puppies have been vaccinated for Distemper and Bordetella, dewormed and microchipped. If old enough, they will be vaccinated for Rabies and blood tested for Heartworm, Lymes, Anaplasmosis and Erlichiosis. Dogs and puppies will be spayed or neutered before adoption.
