Olive German Shepherd Dog Mix Manhattan, KS

Olive is our resident prodigy dog! She is an 80 lbs., 2-year-old German Shepherd mix who is amazingly intelligent and has the potential to learn anything!
Not only is she smart, Olive also has a very sweet personality and loooves belly rubs almost more than hot dogs. Olive is perfectly house trained and is non-destructive. She prefers not to be crated, but will go in her XXL crate for her favorite treat ? She gets along with other dogs, but she is rambunctious and likes to wrestle, so another high-energy dog would be a great match for her. She has gotten into a couple of tiffs with other large female dogs, but now that she and her large foster sister are used to each other, they are great friends. She is amazing with kids, but is not cat-friendly.
Probably because she has been abandoned, Olive seems to have some separation anxiety and would prefer a home where she is not left alone often. She is an energetic breed and will thrive with plenty of mental and physical stimulation. She needs a fenced yard and is not suited for apartment-living.
