Meet Rover
Rover is a sweet older guy of about 7 years. He has made incredible progress since being at the Humane Society. He used to hide underneath furniture and run from any attention. Now since it has been a more quiet environment, he has shown us more of his personality and enjoys getting attention from staff. Rover is a quiet, calm cat who enjoys lounging about for most of the day. His favorite places are on his shelf and his tower where he can observe from above. He loves head and chin scratches. Recently, he was even observed playing with cat toys!
We are so excited that Rover has finally started to open up to us. He would do very well in a quiet, relaxed home with perches for him to observe from! Rover gets along just fine with other calm cats. He has not been observed around dogs.
