Eevee Chinchilla Chinchilla Wolcott, IN

We have a standard grey female chinchilla that is looking for her new home. Her name is Eevee! Eevee was left behind at her parents house when her owner moved out and was not able to bring her with them, and the parents brought her to us. She has spent a bit of time with us and she is now available for adoption! We are told that she is about 2 years old, so we estimate that she was born about 12/2017.

Eevee’s color is called standard grey, which means she has a salt and pepper coloring over her back, with a white belly. The classic color in chinchillas.

Eevee is super sweet. She always thinks you’re going to let her out of the cage, so she is ALWAYS at the front of the cage, wanting to come out, or even begging for treats! Her previous home let her out for playtime, A LOT, and she would love to have another home that would do this as well! She loves her hammock and loves running around in her cage. She does fine with being handled and petted, though she’d much rather be running around and playing. She is super cute and will take treats from your hand and then sit there and eat them super adorably. Eevee doesn’t bite.

Eevee can come with the cage she is currently living in, which is the cage she has been living in for her entire life. It is a double critter nation cage. This cage has tile cut to fit the levels, so it’s real fancy! Eevee is partially litterbox trained for her pee (well… when she feels like it), so this stays relatively clean, especially if you keep up with it. It looks very nice! Her cage would include some wooden shelves, her hammock, food bowl and water bottle, and we can throw in a few more wooden shelves as well. If you’d like to get her cage with her, add $125 to her adoption fee.

This chinchilla would make a great “first chinchilla” for someone who’s never had chinchillas before, and who wants a very interactive chinchilla that will enjoy playtime!

This chinchilla will come with some food to start you out (2 pounds of Tradition pellets), a goodie bags of chews/treats, and a printed out version of our care packet. She will also come with a lifetime of help and support, should you ever need it. If more supplies are needed, we also sell a variety of chinchilla supplies, from cages to hidey houses to hammocks and everything in between.

Regardless of past chinchilla experience, all potential homes will be asked to read our chinchilla care packet and fill out our adoption application/chinchilla questionnaire. If you are unwilling to do this, please do not waste our time or yours. No chinchilla will go to a new home without an adoption application being filled out - no exceptions.

The adoption fee for Eevee is $75, or adopt her and her cage w/ accessories for $200 total!
