Meet Kane
Meet Kane, his a 5(ish) year old Lab/Pointer(?) mix. He came up after being on the euthanasia list in Tennessee.
This guy's tail NEVER stops. He is always happy to see you. His floppy ear never sticks up, giving him a kind of a goofy look! We think it's pretty cute though. He is very dog friendly and would love a canine snuggle buddy if you have one. Not only is he very cuddly with dogs, but people too! If you allow, it he will be a lap dog.
Kane can be a bit of a velcro dog, wanting to follow you everywhere you go. He does okay in the kennel but will whine/bark and calm down after a little bit. His foster mom leaves him out to free roam and he does great!
He met a 4 year old mini human and wasn't aggressive in the short time they were together. The first day he marked his new territory.. a lot. Now that it has been claimed his, he's fine!
Kane’s adoption fee is $250, and adopters must live within 175 miles of the Quad City Area.
For more information about Kane, email kristina@k9kindnessrescue.org or fill out the online application at www.k9kindnessrescue.org/adopt/application
