Meet Lewis
Say hello to Lewis! Lewis is a 2-year old male American Pit Bull Terrier. He weighs around 53 pounds, but would benefit from gaining a little bit of weight. Lewis is handsome, friendly, and energetic. He is a happy guy who will be a great companion for the right person.
He loves car rides, tennis balls, walks in the park and cheeseburgers! He is potty trained for the most part and will let you know when he needs to go outside. He also seems to do well without being crated when left alone. Lewis is eager to please and seems to be a quick learner. He also has a lot of love to give.
Lewis will love you with everything he has, but this can result in him being a bit too protective over his person. Because of this, we are requesting that Lewis goes to a home with a single owner who has limited guests over. When guests are over, Lewis may need to be put in another room.

His minimum adoption fee is $195 plus a $12 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents.
He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
