Meet Lucy
Lucy is an energetic, playful and smart 3.5 month old shepherd mix puppy who weighs about 25 pounds and is ready for her forever home! Lucy likes to play with other dogs and enjoys the company and attention she gets from people. She is interested in her cat foster brother, but he doesn't care for her so much. Lucy is still a puppy and is learning the ropes when it comes to manners and housetraining, but she is showing great strides in her foster home and may benefit from further training, such as obedience or agility to keep her fulfilled. She has already mastered "sit" and is working on "come" "down" "kennel" and "paw".
Lucy would do well in any family, however, be reminded that, as she is learning the rules, she has puppy energy and behaviors that need to be worked through and addressed consistently. This will allow her to understand what is expected of her in her forever home.
