Meet Henry
Henry is the sweetest boy. He asked us to let everyone know a little bit about him, so here goes:
Hi my name is Henry, that is what they’ve told me. I didn’t have a name before... I was rescued from living outside with no shelter, tied to a propane tank. Since I’ve been rescued I’ve had a lot of new experiences. I’ve slept inside a home on a soft bed, I’ve learned how to walk up and down stairs, I’ve played for hours with my human and furry foster family, I’ve been cuddled and loved on. I even had a bath, to be honest I was not crazy about the bath, but being dried off with a soft towel and being told I’m a good boy was pretty awesome.
So far my foster mom says I am a typical puppy! Play hard and sleep hard. I need appropriate toys and somewhere to run off energy. I love to play with the other dogs here and I love my human foster brother. When I’m not playing I love belly and ear rubs. I’m working hard on potty training and basic commands, I’m a pretty quick learner. I kennel up like a champ, but I’d rather spend my time with my humans. Most of all I’m just loving being loved.
Henry is such a sweet boy. He's a happy, affectionate snugglebug. He's a young pup, not quite a year old, and when he's not snuggling, he loves to play. He has a fair amount of energy, so his ideal home would have a fenced in yard (no electric fences, please), and maybe even a dog sibling who would like a brother to play with.
