Brownie Chihuahua Marion, IL

Well hello there, I’m Brownie and as you can see by my pictures I am a handsome fellow indeed. I weigh around 6 pounds, and was born in January of 2019. I was rescued by CRT from a not-so-nice place that the state shut down because none of the dogs in that place were well cared for. Boy was I lucky.

I have settled into my foster home fairly well, although I still need to learn a thing or two about being in secure home. I do got outside and use puppy pads to do my potty business but I’m still working on letting my human know when I need to relieve myself. Perhaps you could help me with that.

CRT has made sure I am up to date on all my vaccines, had me neutered/microchipped and give me preventatives every month to ensure that I stay as healthy as possible. AND I gotta tell you I love snuggling, sleeping with my humans and belly rubs (oh man, those are the best!).

I get along with other dogs my size and I don’t mind cats or older children who have good manners (no little kids though, they are not my favorite). I do get a bit nervous when strangers come into the house and have been known to nip at people I don’t know. Hey, maybe you could help me with that, too. You know, there are lots of things we could learn together. If you think we could be forever friends please read the next few paragraphs to see how we could make that happen. Oh I almost forgot to tell you, my adoption donation fee is $300 but my foster human tells me that I am worth that and a whole lot more. What do you think?
