Meet Rhodes
Rhodes is a five year old Vizsla mix that came to the shelter through our cruelty
department. This regal pup is a bit nervous at first, but is a total sweetheart when he warms up to you. He's never been aggressive, he is just shy and anxious at times. Staff members have grown to love this gentle giant, though, and he's warmed up to those who spend time with him.
Rhodes has excellent leash manners, and is an awesome walking or running partner. Vizslas are a sought after breed known for their hunting skills, but Rhodes would prefer the couch and snuggles to chasing down rabbits. Rhodes would be fine in a home with another low-key dog like himself, and would prefer a home with respectful kids 13 and up.
