My name is Peaty and I’d like to tell you my story. I am recovering from the rough road of life I have been on so far in my two short years. I try not to think about life before I was rescued but there are scars on my face and I still sometimes cower if someone moves their hand too fast. It was weeks before anyone could pet me and longer before they could pet my head. I am relaxing a little these days and it feels great! I love going on walks. I am crate trained and sometimes want my supper in it. I would do better in a home without small children as I can sometimes play too rough. I am still learning my basics but my people are thrilled that I am starting to trust and act happy. I even wag my tail now! My foster mom says I am a gentle natured soul who needs a family who wants to continue showing me that life is good. Are you that family?
