Carl Mixed Breed Madison, WI

Meet Carl! Carl is about 10 to 12-weeks-old and 17-pounds (10/17). He ended up at a rural rescue with demodex mange. Luckily he was whisked away into a foster home where he was nursed him back to health. He is crate-trained and does not bark when left for the day, nor at night when he is placed in his own room. He enjoys playing with other dogs and short walks. He can entertain himself with toys and bones. After a session of activity, Carl tends to pass out for a nap and this gets repeated throughout the day. He is food-motivated, so training will be a breeze. He is doing well at potty-training and can wait to go outside for about 4 hours and overnight (up to 8 hours!!). He is such a sweet and loving boy!

**Please note: Our animals live in foster homes throughout the Madison area. We do not have a shelter where animals are available for daily viewing. Applying is the first step in our process.**

Dogs from Underdog Pet Rescue come with the following medical care already provided:
Spay/Neuter
Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella Vaccinations (as age appropriate-puppy adopters may need to cover some vaccine boosters OR they have the option of bringing the pet to Underdog for complimentary completion of these vaccines)
Heartworm Test (for dogs over 6mo)
Microchip
Deworming
Heartworm and Flea/Tick Preventative
Any other necessary medical treatment as recommended by veterinarian

Our adult dog adoption fee is $275. Our puppy (under 5 mo) is $350. Our senior dog (over 8 yrs) is $250.
