Fill out a questionnaire/Interest Form and submit it. Poodle Rescue will contact you ONLY if we have a dog that matches your request on your questionnaire/Interest Form. Please keep in mind Poodles and Poodle Mixes are in high demand therefore the demand for them far out weigh the supply. If you do not hear from us please re-submit your questionnaire/Interest Form quarterly as they are not recurring. Adoption Fees vary. Please be sure you have a current phone number listed on the questionnaire/Interest Form and the best time we can reach you.
