5 month old hetero beige male chinchilla Chinchilla Chinchilla Wolcott, IN

We have a hetero beige male chinchilla that is looking for his new home. He came to NWI a bit ago, and we have down that he was born around 3/28/19. This makes him right around 5 months old, and now is a perfect time for you to take him home and make him part of your family!

This boy’s color is called hetero beige, which is the darker of the two beige colors in chinchillas. It is a beigeish / brown color over his back, with a white belly.

He is an energetic boy with a lot of bounce to his step! Relatively easy to pick up and handle though, and he will chill with you for a bit while you’re handling him. Definitely more on the active side though, but very very sweet. We just love him! Doesn’t bite.

This chinchilla is currently living alone, though he should get along with most chins. If you are curious as to whether he might get along with your, or one of our, chinchillas, let us know and we’ll see what we can do.

This chinchilla would make a great “first chinchilla” for someone who’s never had chinchillas before, as long as they understand that he’s a bit more on the active side.

This chinchilla will come with some food to start you out (2 pounds of Tradition pellets), a goodie bags of chews/treats, and a printed out version of our care packet. He will also come with a lifetime of help and support, should you ever need it. If more supplies are needed, we also sell a variety of chinchilla supplies, from cages to hidey houses to hammocks and everything in between.

Regardless of past chinchilla experience, all potential homes will be asked to read our chinchilla care packet and fill out our adoption application/chinchilla questionnaire. If you are unwilling to do this, please do not waste our time or yours. No chinchilla will go to a new home without an adoption application being filled out - no exceptions.
