2.5 month old white mosaic male chinchilla kit (baby) Chinchilla Chinchilla Wolcott, IN

We have a white mosaic male chinchilla that is looking for his new home. This little guy came to NWI a bit ago, and is now ready for his forever home! We have down that he was born 6/1/19, so he’s now about 2.5 months old and this is a perfect time for you to bring him home!

This boy’s color is called mosaic, which is basically a white chinchilla with greyish markings.

This boy is super nice, he’s super easy to pick up and best of all, he enjoys getting scratches! He’s very outgoing and will come right up to the front of the cage. When you’re holding him, he is a bit more on the active side, and he isn’t going to chill with you forever, but let’s be realistic, there’s more fun things to do than just to sit still! He is very sweet though and he will settle down once you’re holding him for a bit. And who can resist that face?? Sweet boy, doesn’t bite.

This chinchilla is currently caged by himself and we don’t know how he does with other chinchillas. If you are curious as to whether he might get along with your, or one of our, chinchillas, let us know and we’ll see what we can do.

This chinchilla would make a great “first chinchilla” for someone who’s never had chinchillas before.

This chinchilla will come with some food to start you out (2 pounds of Tradition pellets), a goodie bags of chews/treats, and a printed out version of our care packet. He will also come with a lifetime of help and support, should you ever need it. If more supplies are needed, we also sell a variety of chinchilla supplies, from cages to hidey houses to hammocks and everything in between.

Regardless of past chinchilla experience, all potential homes will be asked to read our chinchilla care packet and fill out our adoption application/chinchilla questionnaire. If you are unwilling to do this, please do not waste our time or yours. No chinchilla will go to a new home without an adoption application being filled out - no exceptions.
