3 month dark ebony female chinchilla kit (baby) Chinchilla Chinchilla Wolcott, IN

We have a dark ebony female chinchilla that is looking for her new home. This little gal came to NWI just a bit ago and is now ready to find a home of her own! We have down that she was born 5/15/2019, making her now 3 months old. Great time to take her home!

This female’s color is called dark ebony. This means that she is a dark black color around his entire body, including his belly (which is typically white on most colors of chinchillas).

This girl is an energetic little cutie! She wants to check everything out! You can definitely pick her up and handle her, but she isn’t keen on just chilling with you, she wants to explore! Maybe she should call her Dora! When you’re holding her, she will settle down after a little bit, though she is just very curious and wants to check everything out! Definitely not a couch potato chin! She’s a very sweet girl though, and she doesn’t bite.

This chinchilla is currently living alone, and we do not know if she gets along with other chinchillas. If you are curious as to whether she might get along with your, or one of our, chinchillas, let us know and we’ll see what we can do.

This chinchilla would make a great “first chinchilla” for someone who’s never had chinchillas before, provided they understand that she is a bit more on the active side.

This chinchilla will come with some food to start you out (2 pounds of Tradition pellets), a goodie bags of chews/treats, and a printed out version of our care packet. He will also come with a lifetime of help and support, should you ever need it. If more supplies are needed, we also sell a variety of chinchilla supplies, from cages to hidey houses to hammocks and everything in between.

Regardless of past chinchilla experience, all potential homes will be asked to read our chinchilla care packet and fill out our adoption application/chinchilla questionnaire. If you are unwilling to do this, please do not waste our time or yours. No chinchilla will go to a new home without an adoption application being filled out - no exceptions.
