Catfish is an utterly adorable 11 pound rough-coated Doxie cross - probably mixed with Jack Russell terrier. She has a flyaway soft coat and will require regular grooming. Catfish is about 6 months old.
This little girl came in to rescue because of her high energy. She was living in a home with an older small breed dog and some older cats and just wanted to play play play all day long. She is 99% house trained, solid crate trained and walking well on leash. Catfish loves to play with other dogs and go hiking - she is an active girl with bottomless energy and NOT a lap pet. Yes, she is up for a good cuddle and lots of kisses - but a few minutes later she wants to run some laps.
Older dog smart kids will be fine - Catfish jumps a lot and might be too much for younger children. Positive reinforcement training classes would be a bonus for this little bouncer. NO apartments.
Catfish is in foster care in Clatskanie, Oregon. Her adoption fee is $200.
