Meet Waylon - Tri-Pawed
Hi, my name is Waylon! I'm 2 years old and about 50#. I came from a breeder down south who kept me chained outside. Now I’m here in Wisconsin ready to start my new life!
I love running through the backyard, chasing all my dog girlfriends around (I am a real ladies man!) and discovering the best toys to play with. I love getting pets and snuggles from my foster parents, and I try hard to be the best boy!
I am also a soon to be tri-pawed, but I didn’t want to start with that because it doesn’t define me. My front leg has nerve damage, so I can’t control it and I trip over it a lot. Once I get my bum leg out of the way, there will be nothing to hold me back anymore!
I really enjoy the company of other dogs, and really like to hang out and watch my foster parents cook (they even have a special bed for me in the kitchen). If you want an awesome adventure partner, look no further, I love adventures and will always be your best friend!

**Please note: Our animals live in foster homes throughout the Madison area. We do not have a shelter where animals are available for daily viewing. Applying is the first step in our process.**
Dogs from Underdog Pet Rescue come with the following medical care already provided:
Spay/Neuter
Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella Vaccinations (as age appropriate-puppy adopters may need to cover some vaccine boosters OR they have the option of bringing the pet to Underdog for complimentary completion of these vaccines)
Heartworm Test (for dogs over 6mo)
Microchip
Deworming
Heartworm and Flea/Tick Preventative
Any other necessary medical treatment as recommended by veterinarian
Our adult dog adoption fee is $275. Our puppy (under 5 mo) is $350. Our senior dog (over 8 yrs) is $250.
*Please note that all breeds noted are estimates or best guesses. We very rarely have information on our animals' actual breeds since they often come to the shelters we work with as strays*
