Meet Jack! This handsome devil came to Revolution Rescue from a shelter in Wichita, where he was facing euthanasia. We believe him to be a Belgian Malinois/Dutch Shepherd mix that is just over a year old and weighs in around a lean 50 lbs. Jack is a very smart and well behaved guy that knows basic commands by voice and hand gesture...he even waits to approach his food dish until you give him the "ok"! His amazing foster, who taught him that little trick, has spent a lot of time coaching him to get him ready for his forever home. He does great on leash as long as he knows you are the one in control, as he is high energy and always looking towards his person to direct his next move. Jack absolutely LOVES people and is quite the cuddler! In true Shepherd nature, he will always be by your side. He does great with smaller dogs but will challenge dogs his size or bigger and should be supervised around small, non-canine animals. Jack is house and kennel trained, current on vaccinations, neutered, and microchipped.
