Meet Charlene! Charlene is a young girl with a fun personality. She is playful, affectionate, and brilliant with other dogs. People stop to pet her and remark on how beautiful she is, and she rewards them with tail wags and kisses. At about 60 pounds and 1-2 years old, she is full grown. Charlene loves to romp in the yard and is learning to walk on a leash. She still zig zags a bit, but that is because all of the interesting smells are not limited to one side of the sidewalk. Charlene is crate trained and is housetrained. She is eager to please, an eternal optimist, and finds bedroom slippers delicious.
Two other fun facts: 1. She is a hound who has not yet barked once, and 2. She finds her reflection in mirrors and windows mesmerizing.

Dogs from Underdog Pet Rescue come with the following medical care already provided:
Spay/Neuter
Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella Vaccinations (as age appropriate-puppy adopters may need to cover some vaccine boosters OR they have the option of bringing the pet to Underdog for complimentary completion of these vaccines)
Heartworm Test (for dogs over 6mo)
Microchip
Deworming
Heartworm and Flea/Tick Preventative
Any other necessary medical treatment as recommended by veterinarian

Our adult dog adoption fee is $275. Our puppy (under 5 mo) is $350. Our senior dog (over 8 yrs) is $250.
